A slower way of making
We work out of a small room off the old souk. Clay is thrown in the morning while it is cool, left to dry through the afternoon, and fired once a week when the kiln is full. Nothing is rushed, because rushing shows.
If you are nearby, come and see it. The door is usually open and there is always coffee on.
